Handle high volume incoming calls

Schedule New Patient Appointments & Existing Patient Appointments

Schedule Office Procedures

Collect Copays / Deductibles / Coinsurance / Balances

Obtain New Patient Referrals

Complete Prescription Authorizations

Refill Medications

Complete patient referrals for therapy, imaging, and other services as required

Room Patients, complete vitals and document EMR (E-Clinical Works)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Benefits : Paid time off

Medical, Dental, and Vision

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Education :

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Medical Assistant training (Preferred )

Experience :

Medical Office Experience : 1 year (Preferred)

Vital Signs Experience : 1 year (Preferred)

EMR Systems : 1 year (Preferred)

License / Certification :

Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
