11pm-7am | Part Time

All Inclusive Hourly Range $32-$42

(based on experience, shift and status requirements)

$4,000 Sign on Bonus | Full Time

$2000 Sign on Bonus | Part Time

Responsibilities of LPN

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment.

Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.

Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).

Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Qualifications of LPN

A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required

Ability to work with multiple patients at once

Long term care experience is strongly preferred
