We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.

• Duties
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems.
• Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for various environments.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration and boiling systems.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed, ensuring safe transport of tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Requirements
• 5+experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar field service role.
• Managerial mindset willing to develop a service department from the ground up
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including the ability to plumb, refrigerate, and boil as necessary.
• Familiarity with installation techniques for air conditioning and heating units.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 – 50 per week

Experience :

• HVAC : 5 years (Required)

License / Certification :

• EPA Type II (Required)
