We are seeking a Director of Clinical Product & Programs to lead the design, development, and commercialization of our next-generation remote monitoring and virtual care offering.
This leader will drive the conception and build of our advanced therapy remote monitoring programs—combining digital health technology, AI-driven virtual assistant capabilities, RPM devices, and a centralized virtual care command center.
This role functions at the intersection of product, program design, clinical workflow, and business leadership.
You will collaborate closely with clinical, product, data, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring a complex, regulated, hybrid tech + service program to market.
As a GM-style owner, you will guide strategy, delivery, and operational readiness, while partnering with the CFO on financial modeling, pricing, and margins.

What You’ll Lead Product & Program Ownership Own end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of the advanced remote monitoring and virtual care program, including future expansion into additional, personalized advanced therapies Drive requirements for enhancements to the virtual assistant, care management platform, and RPM technology.
Partner with clinical leadership to translate protocols, safety requirements, and workflows into scalable digital solutions. Cross-Functional Leadership Coordinate across Product, Clinical, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Operations, Finance, and Marketing / Sales to ensure aligned, on-schedule delivery.
Serve as the central point of accountability for program milestones, execution, and cross-team communication.
Champion urgency, clarity, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment. Commercialization & Go-to- Market Lead the commercialization plan—including packaging, pricing, readiness, pilot strategy, and launch execution.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to position the solution for providers and life sciences customers.
Deliver customer-facing collateral and operational playbooks that support adoption and scale. Financial & Operational Stewardship Partner with the CFO to build financial models, pricing strategies, revenue forecasts, and margin optimization plans.
Track performance metrics, operational KPIs, and financial outcomes to guide program improvements. Technology Integration & Interoperability Oversee requirements for EMR data ingestion, interoperability, and documentation workflows.
Guide the selection and integration of RPM devices and supporting technology vendors.
Collaborate with engineering on AI and agentic automation capabilities tailored for complex oncology populations.
Required Experience 8+ years in digital health, virtual care, health tech, or hybrid tech + clinical service settings.
Proven track record of standing up clinical programs that fuse technology, workflows, and patient support services.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving product, clinical, engineering, and operations.
Familiarity with regulated healthcare environments and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, build business cases, and partner with finance on P&L strategy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate clinical requirements into product and operational plans.
This is a remote position, but candidate must reside in the United States. Preferred Experience Background with RPM devices, virtual care command center operations, or agentic / AI-driven care workflows.
Experience with oncology, cell therapy, or high-acuity populations.
Working knowledge of EMR integrations and interoperability standards.
Startup experience; comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
