GEI is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Glastonbury, CT Branch, which is a diverse multi-disciplinary office of 30 environmental, geotechnical, water resources, and instrumentation services scientists and engineers plus seasoned construction management and data management personnel. The Branch Manager maintains an atmosphere of respect, inclusion, equity, and collaboration in a casual yet professional setting.
The Branch Manager leads the Branch operations and performance including client service, H&S, staff development, QA / QC, financial management, business development, strategic growth, and intra- and inter-office collaboration. The Branch Manager establishes and maintains a leadership team to accomplish these goals and reports to the East Region Operations Manager. In addition to branch management responsibilities, time is allocated to business development and client project delivery consistent with a seller / doer model.
