Comcast's Summer Internship Program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build lasting connections, and grow professionally in a dynamic and inclusive environment. The Keystone Region Employee Engagement and Talent Management team is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. We support and execute strategic initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen labor relations, and promote talent development across the region.
This isn't just an internship it's your chance to shape how the employees connect, grow, and thrive across the entire region. As an Employee Engagement & Talent Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting regional programs and initiatives that drive employee experience, engagement, and employee development. This internship will offer hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including employee engagement, labor relations, talent management, and general HR operations. You'll leave this internship with real-world HR experience, a stronger professional network and a clearer vision for your career path.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Preferred Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mindset with attention to details, ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, interest in Human Resources, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, and or Talent Development. Innovative, creative, and growth mindset. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint), Copilot. Data Analytics a plus. Preferred Majors : Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, Communications or a related field.
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements : Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university. Rising Junior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2027 - Spring 2028). Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating). Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 1 through August 14, 2026. Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs. Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering).
