Job description

We are looking for you!

We are seeking compassionate aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for those in need.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to) :

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

    • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus
  • Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • CNA license, Home Health Aide and / or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
