ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Location : Peterborough, New Hampshire

Shift : Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Schedule : 36 hours per week (3 shifts), rotating weekends

Employment Type : Permanent

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (paid in installments : $5,000 in first paycheck, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate professional nursing care for patients in a critical care setting. This role requires independent judgment within accepted nursing practices and hospital standards, ensuring continuity of care and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in an ICU / step-down environment.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform injections / vaccinations.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems effectively.
• Float to Med-Surg and ICU units as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ANA standards.
• Participate in orientation, training, and policy updates.
