SUMMARY
To develop and direct the Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) Program in accordance with all grant, state and federal rules and regulations which governs the program. To direct, train, and educate the employees of the EOC program to accomplish its intended purpose. The program is designed to enable adult low income, first generation students to achieve a secondary or post- secondary education.
