Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the roadmap for AI and data products aligned with healthcare goals

Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to continuous improvement

Evaluate new product ideas for business impact and technical feasibility

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

12+ years in product management, analytics, or AI / ML, with 6+ years in life sciences or healthcare software

7+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering enterprise-scale software

Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment preferred
