JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Quality Technician II at Winco Stamping, you'll take on advanced inspection responsibilities, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will perform complex inspections using a variety of tools, analyze quality trends, and collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues.

JOB DETAILS

Salary Range – $22.00 - $27.50 / hour

Hours – First Shift

SPECIFICATIONS

Quality Management

• Education and Experience :
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO standards preferred.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, CMM, and vision systems.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Ability to train others and lead by example on quality standards.
• Computer & Analytical Skills :
• Experience with quality data entry and reporting.
• Ability to analyze inspection results and support corrective actions.
• Other Competencies :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support production needs.
• Bi-Lingual English / Spanish a plus.
