Job Details

Draft / respond to written discovery; track deadlines and summarize responses

Prepare pleadings, discovery motions, subpoenas, and substantive correspondence

Prep for depos and expert discovery (files, exhibits, calendars, outlines)

Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel professionally

Build and maintain case files from intake through trial prep

Support attorneys with hearing / trial logistics, binders / exhibits, and witness coordination

What you bring : proven civil-litigation paralegal experience, excellent writing, organization under pressure, and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
