What You’ll Do

Oversee all respiratory operations within our skilled nursing and ventilator unit

Lead and mentor the Respiratory Therapy team to ensure top-quality resident care

Coordinate with interdisciplinary staff including nursing, physicians, and pulmonologists

Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Manage scheduling, training, and staff development

Ensure proper maintenance of respiratory equipment and supplies

Participate in care planning, assessments, and family / resident communications

Support a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork across the facility

Qualifications

Licensed RRT in the State of Ohio (required)

Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy program

Prior leadership experience preferred

Strong clinical knowledge of ventilator and tracheostomy care

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or subacute settings a plus
