We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our collaborative design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead multifamily architectural projects, mentor designers, and contribute to sustainable, community-focused designs. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong design sensibilities, thriving in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of architectural design experience, including 5+ years in multifamily projects
• 5+ years of Revit experience, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, and other design tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect (Washington license preferred, with reciprocity supported)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
• Experience writing architectural specifications
• Commitment to sustainable design principles
• Demonstrated ability to balance design aesthetics with technical functionality
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
