Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead critical initiatives within our Claims Administration platform , focusing on Email Management and Document Management systems. This role will play a key part in modernizing our technology stack , including driving the conversion from On-Prem Dynamics to Dynamics 365 , while ensuring ongoing support for existing On-Prem Dynamics and Clear Search applications.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Azure Function Apps, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and technical requirements.
• Use Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies in the full life cycle software development process including requirements analysis, software design, prototyping, programming, debugging and testing of system software production applications.
• Participate in technical design and implementation.
• Proactively raises issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in product.
• Collaborate with fellow developers in areas of expertise as well as members of business unit.
• Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems.
• Develop, debug and deliver enterprise applications.
• Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems.
• Proactively mentor fellow developers in areas of expertise.
• Guide the customization and development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet specific business needs while optimizing performance and scalability.

The Compensation range for this role is 120,000.00 to 160,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
