Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience leading and developing a team in a healthcare service-based environment

3+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations and disciplines

3+ years of experience in implementing operational excellence

3+ years of experience using data for decision-making

2+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma practices or Green Belt Certification
