Omni Specialist

The Omni Specialist contributes to the customer experience by supporting omni service processes. Their role is to pick, pack, and ship online orders, customer pick-up orders, and transfer product back to the distribution center. The Omni Service Specialist will also support the Leadership team in overall store operations as needed.

Customer Experience

• Strategically processes order queue and daily workload to prevent backlog, limit cancelations, maintain proper customer touchpoints, and prioritize fulfillment of expedited orders.
• Maintains standards using proper packaging to exceed the customers product expectations.
• Effectively uses store technology to ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for the customer.

Starting from USD $15.45 / Hr.
