We’re launching a series of Maison Tara Pop-Up Cafés — design-driven, seasonal spaces where guests can enjoy our signature approach to coffee, pastry, and light fare in a more casual, everyday setting.

Position Overview

Maison Tara is seeking skilled and passionate Baristas to join our pop-up café team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of coffee, takes pride in beautiful presentation, and thrives in an atmosphere where hospitality and creativity meet. As a Maison Tara barista, you’ll be part of an exciting new concept that blends café culture with the artistry of fine catering.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to Maison Tara standards.

Deliver exceptional, personalized service with warmth and professionalism.

Support café operations, including setup, restocking, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Educate guests about menu items, ingredients, and seasonal offerings.

Uphold all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

1–2 years of barista or specialty coffee experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Eye for detail and passion for presentation and quality.

Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including weekends and event shifts.

Enthusiasm for Maison Tara’s mission and aesthetic — thoughtful, beautiful, and welcoming.
