Entry Level Operator
This entry-level operator will be assigned to a specific department, gaining skills to perform duties at a setup level within that area.
Responsibilities :
Operate various types of equipment and make minor adjustments to maintain quality.
Read setup sheets and routing packages to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.
Conduct quality inspections according to written procedures.
Operate hand pallet-jacks.
Essential Skills :
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments like tape measures and dial calipers.
Ability to stand for 8 hours or more, with the physical capability to bend, twist, and lift parts.
Available Shifts & Pay :
1st shift : 5 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
2nd shift : 3 : 30pm - 2 : 00am
Currently running heavy OT, expect 50+ hours a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
