Sign-On Bonus : $7,500 - $10,000 (based on experience). Note : Sign-on bonuses apply to external qualified candidates.

Job Summary :

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care for patients requiring complex assessments and interventions. You will work in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes, all in line with our established policies and protocols.

Responsibilities :

• Collect comprehensive data about the patient’s health from various sources.
• Analyze patient data to formulate relevant diagnoses.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to identify optimal care outcomes.
• Create strategic nursing care plans with a focus on patient-centered goals.
• Implement care plans while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress towards health goals.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts and maintain professional competence.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into your nursing care.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and attentiveness in all aspects of care.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team.

Qualifications :

Education : Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Experience : No prior experience required.
