WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
- You will own the territory covering Memphis and Western Tennessee : prospecting developing and expanding relationships with both existing and new accounts (dentists oral surgeons periodontists).
- Grow market share to a chieve and exceed the targeted revenue by presenting promoting and selling the companys full portfolio of implant and biomaterial products.
- Operate as a sales "hunter" by aggressively mining new opportunities securing leads qualifying prospects and converting them into active accounts.
- Support a "service" mindset and act as a trusted advisor to your customers addressing challenges facilitating case logistics and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Represent the company at local and regional trade shows continuing education events and in-office clinical presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (clinical training marketing distribution) to optimize product utilization and ensure a seamless customer experience.

A Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.Equivalent work experience will be considered.Work Experience & Accomplishments
3 years of B2B outside sales experience in a competitive market.Demonstrated success in territory management new business development and achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong track record of building and growing customer relationships especially within clinical / professional settings.Experience working independently managing your own schedule and territory plan.Skills & Competencies
