Minimum ten years of experience performing business process reengineering in a lead capacity, including :
Minimum five years of business process review and gap analysis experience for federal, state, and local entities that process eligibility determination, and supports the issuance of benefit services and / or payments.
Minimum three years of experience leading BPR services with a minimum project value of xxxM plus.
Minimum one year of experience utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 methodology.
Possession of a bachelor's degree or 4 years of substituting BPR experience.
Desired qualifications :
Experience performing government policy impact analysis.
Possession of a master's degree.
Current certification as a Certified Business Analyst through the International Institute of Business Analysis or the Project Management Institute.
