Your Role as a Physical Therapist :

• Evaluate & Empower : Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and mobility to create personalized treatment plans.
• Diverse Therapeutic Techniques : Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat / cold therapy to optimize patient recovery.
• Document & Communicate : Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families about treatment plans and progress.
• Educate & Motivate : Provide guidance to patients and their families on the therapeutic process, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate for Success : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Participate in Quality Improvement : Engage in initiatives that uphold our high standards of care and safety.
