Facility Overview :

• Free-standing Emergency Department
• Average daily patient load : 25-35
• Staffed by a physician 24 / 7 (8 : 00 am - 8 : 00 pm, 8 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 am)
• Mid-level support from 12 : 00 pm - 12 : 00 am
• Each provider manages their own documentation
• Not designated as a trauma center; traumas transferred to tertiary center
• No admissions handled on-site; managed by the Hospitalist team at the main facility
• Providers responsible for ED codes
• IM / FM must be ABMS or AOA with ACLS / ATLS / BLS / PALS like other locations

Submission Requirements :

• Board Certification :

Required (if ABIM or ABFM, require EM credentials and recent experience)

• Experience :

Minimum 2 years in EM (will be checked on presentations)

• License :

Ohio license required

• COVID Vaccination :

Required

• Certifications :

BLS / ACLS current at the time of submission

• If not EM board certified, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Background :

Clean background, no malpractice (required, no exceptions)

• Submission :

Full presentation with rates and availability required at the time of name clear

Certification Requirements :

• Board Certified
• State License : Ohio
• Additional License Requirements : BLS, ACLS, Board Certified
