What You'll Do :

  • Lead and Inspire : Hire, supervise, and develop a talented team of educators.
  • Community Engagement : Network within the community to recruit new families and achieve enrollment goals.
  • Exceptional Customer Service : Ensure a welcoming environment and address parent concerns promptly.
  • Maintain Excellence : Keep our school clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Innovate and Adapt : Support and lead new company initiatives and programs.

    • What You Bring :

  • Education : BA or BS in early childhood education or related field. Preschool Director experience preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a licensed childcare school, with management and leadership experience.
  • Skills : Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with MS Office and spreadsheets.
  • Training : Completion of required administrative, communication, and child development training.
