About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Lead to support daily operations at our cannabis processing facility (All Star Processing). You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor or Manager to guide the production team, maintain a smooth workflow, and ensure our products meet quality and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone with production experience who's ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily production activities including prep, packaging, labeling, and quality control
• Lead by example and help train team members on procedures and expectations
• Monitor productivity, report issues or delays to leadership, and help resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and tracking in line with compliance standards
• Promote and enforce cleanliness, organization, and safety in the production area
• Support inventory tracking and movement of materials
• Step into hands-on tasks as needed to maintain production flow
