Key Responsibilities :

• Perform nursing duties such as implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and conducting necessary treatments and procedures while documenting accordingly.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to better understand patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to manage patient care effectively.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding nursing standards.
