Job descriptionNo call, no weekends, no nights, no holidays Bread‑and‑butter outpatient cases Regional anesthesia skills are required Collaborative, supportive team environment Optional 23‑hour patient coverage 1–3 times / year (extra pay) Cases : Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Gynecology, Neuro Spine, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Endoscopy 80–90% personally performed cases; 10–20% CRNA supervision Outpatient anesthesia always; pediatric and neuroanesthesia sometimes Rare trauma cases; no cardiac, thoracic, vascular, obstetric, or chronic pain Board Certified or Board Eligible (Anesthesiology) Alaska medical license (or eligibility) Current ACLS certification New graduates welcome Located in Fairbanks, Alaska ("Golden Heart City") Year‑round recreation : hiking, skiing, fishing, Northern Lights Cultural events : Midnight Sun Festival, World Ice Art Championships University town with vibrant community life
