Patient Account Representative / Collector Opportunity

Position : Full-Time

Shift : Monday through Friday, Daytime

This full-time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center (Calvary) offers 40 hours per week with benefits.

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties

The Patient Account Representative / Collector is responsible for the effective and create use of proven follow-up techniques and self-directed initiative to contact patients and 3rd party payers to collect payments and resolve outstanding account balances. This person will work closely with collection agencies to organize the placement and recovery of bad debts.
