Job Description
A global leader in CPG and appliance brands is seeking a Head of User Experience (UX) to set the vision for consumer-first design across digital, mobile, and product touchpoints. This leader will shape the UX function and ensure seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global UX strategy across digital and physical product ecosystems
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing UX / UI design team
- Champion consumer-centered design through research, testing, and usability standards
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver integrated experiences
- Present strategies and outcomes to senior executives to influence business decisions
