Dell Outdoor is seeking a seasoned Pool, Spa & Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of luxury swimming pool and outdoor living construction projects. From excavation to final walkthrough, youll manage every aspect of the build with precision, professionalism, and attention to quality. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Direct and lead crews including CDL Drivers, Crew Leads, and support staff.
Lead weekly production meetings and ensure job profitability and performance targets are met.
Oversee all construction phases : layout, excavation, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and final finish.
Supervise internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and schedule alignment.
Perform frequent site visits, enforce safety compliance, and maintain adherence to design plans and local codes.
Coordinate material logistics and maintain detailed material usage records.
Communicate daily with the Operations Coordinator; manage logs and project documentation using Aspire software.
Conduct final walkthroughs, generate punch lists, and manage resolutions.
Ability to read civil engineering plans, set elevations and grades
Enforce safety and code compliance on all job sites.
Promote high standards of craftsmanship and consistent field leadership training.
Review project costs, labor efficiency, and gross margins.
Assist with financial forecasting and performance reporting for the Design & Build division.
Ensure smooth handoff to maintenance teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Finance for integrated project execution.
Qualifications
7+ years in construction project management, ideally in pools, landscaping, or outdoor living.
Deep understanding of exterior design, hardscape, softscape, pool construction, grades, elevations methods.
Skilled in blueprint reading, technical specification interpretation, and site troubleshooting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Valid drivers license with a clean record.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a significant advantage.
Pool Builder License
OSHA Certification
Landscape Architect or a background in Landscape Architecture
