Our Concrete Craft of the Space Coast location in Cocoa, Florida has been open since June 2023, and this is your opportunity to join a winning team!

In this role, you will manage inventory and resources required to meet the installation schedule, communicate daily with the installers and the business owner, and lead occasional on-site projects from start to finish with a team of one or more FT / PT employees. You will ensure installers complete all projects efficiently and create both an exceptional and enjoyable surface, as well as overall experience, for our clients. You will be the forward-facing representative of our company to all customers from installation kick-off through post-installation.

This is a job where you will be able to work indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment, both with customers at their homes as well as business owners at their places of business. The job types and challenges change regularly due to the various types of installations we are contracted to perform so you will not get bored. You may be asked to lead.

Hours

Full Time (4 to 5 days per week) Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida summers, though we will attempt to book more indoor work during the hot season. Normally M-F with Saturday work occasionally.

Requirements

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation to get to and from customer's work locations

Prior concrete experience / concrete resurfacing experience

Team player and able to be customer-facing for our company

Ability to lift 60# on a regular basis

Deadline-oriented. Must have ability to start early and work late based on job requirements to meet schedule deadlines

Attention to detail is critical

Prior military experience is desired

Compensation : $28.00 per hour
