Travel Radiation Therapist is needed for a 6 week assignment to start ASAP in a Hospital in Chico California. Under the general supervision of the Lead Therapist or Director, applies ionizing radiation to the patient in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist. Collaborates with nursing, dosimetry, clerical staff and physicians to provide safe and effective care. Participates in department quality improvement activities, billing completion, and other projects as directed. Prior experience with Varian Radiation Therapy equipment desired.
