Were seeking a passionate and driven  Primary Care Physician (FM, IM or IM.PEDS)  to join our Grand Haven Primary Care & Pediatrics team in  Grand Haven, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

• Office consists of 13 total providers (6 physicians and 7 APPs)
• Primary care office is attached to our 81-bed acute care hospital in Grand Haven offering a variety of patient services
• Physician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groups
• Balanced schedule with 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office
• Unrestricted call requirement rotated with other Lakeshore Primary Care offices
• Very close knit, collaborative office with a supportive environment
• Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
