This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, hours may vary. Pay based on experience Benefits available for full-time employees after 90 days. Responsibilities :

  • Installation of vehicle wraps, custom signage, vinyl graphics, acrylic lettering, perforated window vinyl, banners, etc.

    • Ability to review and understand work orders. Survey sites to assess the location, understand client requirements, and take measurements. Positively interact with customers. Clean and maintain tools equipment and trucks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

    Qualifications / Required Skills :

  • Advanced knowledge of safe operation of power tools, general construction tools / methods, ability to measure, level, and cut straight lines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teammates

  • Ability to work directly and professionally with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
  • Monitor quality of projects, attention to detail is a must.
  • Travel to and from installation worksites.
  • Accurately measure and place graphics prior to installation.
  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team player with the ability to take direction from management.
  • Ability to read a ruler.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible.
  • Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in various climates; both indoor and outdoor.

    • TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to stand / kneel for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds, hold up a 8x4 sheet, no fear of heights.
  • Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a surface.
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
  • Ability to fulfill projects in wide temperature variances and exterior weather conditions.
