Travel Nursing Job Details

Hours per Week : 40

Shift : 6 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM (10 Hour Days)

Unit : Operating Room (OR) – 13 ORs

Employment Type : Travel RN, On-Site

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1980 - $2120

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Idaho or compact state)

BLS certification required

Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Trauma nursing experience required

Flexibility with shifts and call rotation

Preferred : CNOR certification, burn, robotic, and neuro surgery experience

Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a collaborative healthcare team

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver perioperative nursing care for diverse surgical procedures : trauma, burn, neuro, cardiac, orthopedic, plastics, and more

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including RNs, Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs), and surgeons

Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech EMR

Participate in call rotation, including weekends and evenings as needed

Adhere to AORN standards, hospital policies, and best practices in clinical support

Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical setting

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient safety and quality care
