Responsibilities Position is in a 19-bed Labor & Delivery unit with 6 PACU rooms, 6 triage rooms, and 3 L&D ORs Care provided for laboring, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients Patient ratios are typically 2 : 1 or 1 : 1 for complicated cases Day shift from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM Unit is equipped with Novii and GE fetal heart rate monitors and fetal scalp electrodes (FSE) Uses CPN and Meditech EMR systems Interdisciplinary team includes charge nurse, RNs, CNAs, sitters, and CSTs Typical procedures include vaginal and cesarean deliveries Responsible for all aspects of nursing care for L&D, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients Preferred candidates will have Mom / Baby, pediatric, or NICU experience Staffed with experienced professionals and utilizes new technology Flexible, friendly, and dependable personalities will excel in this team-oriented environment Requirements Active CO or compact state RN license Minimum of 3 years recent Labor & Delivery experience Current BLS and NRP certifications required ACLS preferred No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months Must provide U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-612717.
