Mobile Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered N urse to join our Mobile Methadone Program in Philadelphia, PA. (The RN will work out of multiple sites - 265 Lehigh Ave, N 4th Street, and the mobile methadone RV).

The hours of this position will be Monday - Friday 8a - 4p, or 7a - 3p with potential for evenings or weekends.

Earn $45.10 / hr.!

Position Details :

The RN will administer medication and therapeutic treatments as per physician's orders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

• Complete medical assessments and clinical documentation
• Communicate regularly with programs physicians with regard to patient care
• Conduct admission assessments and ongoing patient monitoring.
• Manage medications and provide wound care as needed.
• Work with providers, behavioral health teams, and city agencies to coordinate care.
• Lead patient education on substance use treatment, harm reduction, and other health topics.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for staff and patients.
• Report to the Medical Director
