We're looking for a Warranty Coordinator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make a lasting impact by managing all warranty-related activities across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. You'll work with internal teams, clients, and top-tier vendors to ensure that our HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems perform at the highest level, long after installation.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Own and drive the warranty process for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems from start to resolution.
• Track warranties, start-up dates, and claim statuses using internal systems - staying steps ahead of potential issues.
• Be the go-to resource for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams when warranty issues arise.
• Interpret equipment submittals, O&M manuals, and manufacturer warranties to validate and process claims.
• Schedule and coordinate service technicians or subcontractors to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Document all communications, repairs, and outcomes to ensure full transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve disputes and secure timely replacements.
• Support project closeouts by assembling and distributing final warranty documentation to clients.
