Job descriptionLead and manage all phases of civil / site design projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, including coordination with sub-consultants and internal team members. Oversee technical review processing, code compliance, and quality control for all project deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to clients and stakeholders. Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support for professional development. Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and participating in client presentations. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 2+ years of progressive experience in civil / site design and project management, preferably in a consulting environment. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and permitting processes. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or ability to obtain within one year.
