Job Summary and Responsibilities

Essential Duties :

Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities
Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards
Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility
Educate patients on both clinical and managed care
Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate
Function as an effective clinic team member
Meet productivity standards
Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information

Job Requirements

Education :

Successful completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program

License / Certification :

Kentucky License / Eligible

DEA

Board certification or active participation in the examination process

General Orthopedist Opportunity located in Lexington, Kentucky

CHI Joseph Medical Group is currently recruiting Board Eligible / Board Certified General Orthopedist to join a well-established and high-functioning practice located in Lexington, Kentucky. Within the current practice, we offer Sports Medicine, Joint Replacement, Foot / Ankle, Shoulder, Hand, etc. CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group also offers a variety of outreach clinics for our Orthopedist group, allowing for patients to receive care close to home.

Practice Highlights :

Ten days call per month

Ultrasound within the clinic

APP Support within the clinic

Surgical block time available

Offer Includes :

Excellent base salary guaranteed for up to 3 years
