Rates : Per Visit - $95-$120

Hours : Part-time, PRN

Locations : West Valley

Specialty : Home Health, Geriatrics

Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Requirements :

• State registered OT license required (AZ)
• 1-year of experience in-home care
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
• Preferred knowledge of Homecare Home base Software
• COVID 19 Vaccination Preferred
