Gastroenterology Opportunity with in Greater Dallas / Fort Worth area, Advanced ERCP / EUS Training Preferred. This private practice is a dynamic, rapidly growing medical group currently comprised of 25 physicians, with continued expansion underway. We are seeking motivated Gastroenterologists with advanced endoscopic skills to join our team. Locations : Denton, North Richland Hills, and Fort Worth, TX (Flexible for the right candidate) Practice Type : Growing, physician-led private group Call coverage at local hospitals; ideal schedule is 1 week on / 1 week off Call burden expected to decrease as the group expands Income guarantee for the first year, transitioning to cash collections model No PTO policy – physicians are trusted professionals and take time off as needed Strong mentorship and ramp-up supportThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, flexible private practice that values autonomy, professional growth, and work-life balance.
