Scheduling Manager

Construction Project Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Scheduler who will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of our transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scheduling, contract review, and project management, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities :

• Review and interpret contract requirements to ensure accurate billing for work completed.
• Create and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Identify schedule impacts and delays, and perform Time Impact Analysis along with pricing.
• Initiate, track, and review RFIs to determine completeness of responses and whether a change order should be requested.
• Manage, track, and price change orders.
• Track daily force account (Time and Material) tickets, review with inspectors daily, and assemble invoices and subcontractor costs for payment.
• Create notice letters and assemble narratives for complex claims.
• Assemble detailed unit price pay items, confirming quantities with inspectors daily.
• Review and approve invoices for payment.

This position involves a mix of working at project sites in Shoreline and in the office in Sumner. The work environment is family-oriented with a strong potential for growth. Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Sumner, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 / yr. Medical w / HSA program 100% employee coverage & 50% for dependents begins the first of the month after their hire date. 401K plan 3% matching (depending on company performance) starts 90 days after employment. PM 10 days PTO, PE 5 days PTO get 7 paid holidays in addition to PTO. Bonus program; this depends on the company's yearly financial performance.
