Office Coordinator Two Maids of Westfield

Location : Westfield, NJ

Reports to : General Manager

Supervises : Staff of Professional House Cleaners (PHCs)

Are you a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing small business? Were seeking an Office Coordinator to help lead our residential cleaning company to the next level by overseeing daily operations, supporting our team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role :

As Office Coordinator, youll work closely with the business owner to oversee a team of 10 Professional House Cleaners. Youll use user-friendly technology and tools to manage client communications, scheduling, and team coordination. Your leadership will help build a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations including scheduling, dispatching, and team support
  • Communicate with clients and leads via phone, email, and scheduling software
  • Monitor service quality and resolve client concerns promptly
  • Track performance metrics to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
  • Manage inventory for cleaning supplies, implement and improve systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Job Requirements :

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Available MondayFriday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and minimum liability car insurance
  • Comfortable using computers and software (Microsoft Word, Outlook, scheduling tools)
  • Basic math skills
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Experience leading a team
  • Fluency in Spanish is a big plus!
  • Education & Experience :

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Some college or college degree (a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience managing small business operations
  • Background in hospitality, sales, or customer service (a strong plus)
  • Compensation :

    This is a salaried position with a base salary of $45,760 per year (equivalent to $20.00 per hour), plus bonus potential based on performance.
