Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,109 per week in Lynchburg, VA

Job Title : Neuro ICU RN Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : ICU Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 12-Hour Night Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience required License : Must possess valid nursing license Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (expires) Must-Have : - Teaching hospital experience preferred - Charge experience preferred - Prior travel experience required - COVID and Flu vaccination or declination required Description : This position is for a Neuro ICU RN working 12-hour night shifts. There is one assignment only with no renewals. The expected schedule includes 2-3 weekends per month. Travelers will be prioritized for floating within the unit. Candidates should have experience with neuro diagnoses, both surgical and medical. Familiarity with vital signs machines, glucometers, SCDs, bladder scanners, vein finders, remote telemetry, wound vacs, IV pumps, pulse oximeters, chest tubes, tube feeding pumps, and oxygen delivery devices is preferred. Team members are expected to foster a supportive culture, especially when interacting with students and new hires.
