Overview :

The Operating Room Supervisor will sssists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications :

• Required Education : Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Experience : 3+ years experience in Critical Care setting - Supervisor experience preferred
• License : Current RN license in our state and / or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Certifications : Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
