Education
Required : Bachelor's Degree
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or Marketing.
Work Experience
Required : 3 years Business, supply chain, purchasing, finance, or marketing experience.
Preferred : Experience with the HUB Program or Small Business program. Understanding of Historically Underutilized Business requirements and compliance processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting - Proficiency in Excel and institutional reporting tools; experience preparing compliance reports.
Vendor Outreach & Relationship Management - Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams, including guiding them through HUB Subcontracting Plans.
Proficiency in Excel (data analysis) and PDF. Experience with B2Gnow, or similar compliance platforms.
Familiarity with state procurement processes (public sector experience is a plus). Analytical skills.
Work Schedule :
This is a remote position. Houston based candidates are preferred for occasional in person meetings or events.
Travel :
Must be willing to attend occasional outreach events within Texas.
