We are seeking a Quality Control Clerk to join our Infrastructure Civil Department and provide critical administrative and field support to ensure our projects meet all contract specifications, industry regulations, and client expectations.

Position Summary

The Quality Control Clerk is responsible for assisting the Quality Control Manager in implementing and maintaining the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for large-scale infrastructure projects. This role focuses on documentation, compliance tracking, and inspection support to ensure all work meets specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection Support

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the project.
• Ensure all documentation reflects compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Support daily site inspections to verify work meets project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to schedule required testing (soil, concrete, asphalt, compaction, etc.) and ensure results are accurately documented.
• Verify that all materials meet approved submittals and specifications before installation.
