Location : Hybrid (State Offices Harriman Campus, Albany, NY 12240)

Rate : $41-$55 (Depends on experience)

Position Overview :

Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative enhancing critical Unemployment Insurance systems. Work involves production support and SOA development within IBM's SOA stack environment.

Responsibilities :

Design and develop J2EE modules, support financial system integrations, lead architectural design, mentor junior staff, orchestrate workflows, develop using WPS / BPM, perform database design and SQL development, and support SDLC documentation and testing.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years designing JEE applications using SCA, EJB, SOAP / REST
• 2+ years Agile experience with SOA systems
• 2+ years JSF and JavaScript
• 5+ years using Eclipse / IBM RAD / IID
• 5+ years with UML, service models, software design tools
• 2+ years with IBM ESD tools (e.g., BPEL, BPM, WID)
• 5+ years SQL development (Oracle / DB2, PL / SQL)
